How to get the Service / Install feature on the telephone line

For the request of the installation of ADSL gate requires a picture ID and the last telephone bill for the line which the feature will install on it and 600 S.P for ADSL gate for one month.

Dear Customer : ADSL gateways are currently available in most telephone centers in the country, and have the advantage of advance booking in the same position up through the website or through an AYA agent in the provinces, to get the ADSL gate according to the method of e-booking, please follow the following steps:

The first step: Register a new request:

Go through a registration form found on Gate booking page where you can enter information accurately in order to be reserved the ADSL gate on your telephone line.

You will be receive an Email with Activation Code (Register Number ) to Copy it and put it in Activation Account Page.

Please keep the activation code as a registration number that it will be your application.

Second step: completion of the data:

After studying your application and make sure there is a Gate available at your phone you will receive an e-mail in order to complete your data through update data page.

You must upload a personal identity (and the two sides on one page) and photo for the latest phone bill as (GIF - JPG) format.

It Must be the name in the phone bill is identical to the name in the form of personal identity.

If you do not have a scanner you can sent them by fax to the number 011-44670061 and write the registration number and e-mail in the fax letterhead, you can also call (011-2324670 / Ext 0) to confirm the arrival of the fax.

The third step: signing the contract for service of ADSL:

Subscriber is contacted by telephone to present to the headquarters of AYA Internet provider in Damascus or agents offices in the governorates to sign a contract of ADSL service and a subscription form for the service and pay for installation of gate.

Subscriber provide the order in his phone Center and pay wages for installation to General Organization of connections (2000 S.P )

( in case he want Aya ISP to provide him an order the payment will be Agree between the parties )
AYA ISP doesn't take any amount to install this feature and if it didn't install the amount will give back which is (600 S.P)

The Installation of the ADSL modem Service and provision (optional): AYA ISP offers a sign collaboration with the best companies in network services, service installations of ADSL and network to homes and businesses

(This service is optional) .

in Case of choosing this service : Your request will be sent to appropriate Companies attached with your number and email address to contact you and give you full details of the price of equipment, note that the fee structure will be free for homes but not for businesses Company and office. 

AYA ISP have Limited responsibility which is to deliver your request for companies and keep the relationship is directly between the customer and structure company.

What Subscriber should do if he choice follow-up installation procedures by himself.

Attendance to AYA ISP in Damascus or agents offices in the provinces to take the subscribe form of service certified by AYA ISP and the Directorate of Internet Data Traffic with the allocated number at the center for the gate.

Subscriber shall receive a mandate from the Internet access provider for follow-up of verse installed the gate in his switchboard, without abolishing it.

Subscriber review his Switchboard and pay all fees mentioned above attached to the necessary legal stamps.

Subscriber follow-up action on the allocation and Ganmbrp line-up, and take the copy of a contract and delivered them to AYAISP in Damascus agents offices in the provinces to receive his own gate code.

After a three days to a week Subscriber is Given his own gate code to pay fee of the gate in accordance with this code.

Step Four: Create a new ADSL account:

From new subscription page you can creates account ADSL According to one of two ways (participation by Data traffic) or (open monthly subscription by speed).

At the end of each month through the subscriber must press a button of (pay the monthly gate fee) and pay the gate fee according to his own gate code.

noted that the Subscriber have two validities:

Gate Validity :it start from the beginning of the month and end at end of each month, and the subscriber must pay the gate fee by the beginning of the month according to his gate code in order to avoid stops the service .

Subscription Validity: Linked to the type of subscription:

( open monthly subscription by Speed) validity end after month of charging date.
