Terms of hosting service on AYA internet provider server
AYA provides web hosting services with servers located in its headquarters. As the second team wish to book a specific area on these servers Servers to host the site, second team has pledged to accept what is described below - first - Hosting Terms : all Hosted sites subject to AYA internet service provider conditions listed below, and signing of a second group on this pledge as an approval to all the conditions without exception:
second team commit that all of the content information (text , files , Voice), which established on provided space does not conflict with the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic and in case of violation group II only bear the responsibility and not the ISP jurisdiction of any responsibility.
1- any form of pornography
2- Anything is secret or forbidden for publishing.
3- Anything that is protected under international trade rules or laws governing in Syrian Arab Republic.
4- Anything that causes harm or threat to a person or group
5- Anything in contradiction with the general trend of the country or with the moral values regarded as in Syria.
6- Provide services or materials in deceitful way
7- Spread viruses or any form of malware across the network
8- Everything relate to hackering or links to sites that contain spyware programs or penetrate the computers of others and access to their information
9- Any form of destroyers Email (spam)
10- Services and activities that lead to disruption of the server or reduce the performance
In the event of pressure on data traffic the first team have the right to reduce the size of the traffic rate in 10% of the daily ration
Second Trem agreed that AYA ISP have the right to delete all or part of the information on its servers which it considers undesirable or inconsistent with the Undertaking signed at hosting or if the interest of the country, require to removed or arrested for a specific time or permanent
Second, liability and agreed to the second group on Disclaimer Internet service provider verse with respect to any legal prosecution, damage or loss caused by his third-party, and the sole full responsibility for the judicial, financial and moral damage caused by the front of any decision issued by the official authorities (local or international)
third - pre-payment of all expenses related to hosting the site shall be deemed expenses prepaid by the customer, and undertakes to the customer to pay all dues renewal to host his or reserve the domain name before the maximum period of 15 days from the date of expiry of the service, and is not considered Internet access provider verse responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the cancellation of the domain name or site after the end of the period of detention in the event of the second panel does not have to pay the renewal costs of the service
